Notes: Tea from the leaves use to treat colds.
Seedlings and seeds and mature plants does NOT need to be over watered, or they will succumb to root fungus/rot and die. 

SALVIA APIANA.  Roots were used for afterbirth to heal and to clean the womb. Leaves were smoked, taken as a tea, or used in sweat lodges to cure colds.
